Well for the short month of February we sure did squeeze in lots of activities.  The month kicked off with the celebration of Faelynn's 4th birthday.  We had a little cake, ice cream, and fun.  To celebrate Valentine's Day Robert went with Corinne and Faelynn to a sock hop on the base.  They had a great time doing the limbo and other fun party activities.  Dominic did some dancing of his own as you will see in his video.  Faelynn also had a Valentine's Day party at pre-school.  She loved wearing her fancy red dress.  Throughout the month the girls continued going to gymnastics and for Faelynn basketball .  Corinne went along to basketball so she could play after practice was over.

Also in February Corinne and Davina hit the pavement to sell Girl Scout cookies in the neighborhood.  Corinne did a great job of knocking on doors and making sales.  Some of her best customers were the people in her own house!  And on one Sunday afternoon we went to a Kids Expo where they had rides, games, balloons, crafts, and dancing.  Corinne, Faelynn, and Dominic had tons of fun.  Speaking of fun the girls and Dominic also enjoyed a bowling birthday party for one of Faelynn's basketball buddies.  With ramps and bumpers they were great bowlers!

Finally, one highlight of the month that cannot be overlooked is the maiden voyage of the creatively constructed USS Enterprise space ship.  We have been watching lots of "Star Trek" and Faelynn asked her dad to build a spaceship from some cardboard boxes.  So the two ideas were married into one large cardboard adventure.  The kids have had some interesting adventures voyaging to strange new galaxies.  Until next month, go boldly where no one has gone before!
