For Thanksgiving we invited over Robert’s cousin Kelly, her boyfriend Marian, and our neighbor Ilse.  Her husband Ernst was at the rehab center for a knee replacement.  The food was outstanding since Robert was cooking and Corinne entertained everyone showing them her toys and swing.  We had a very enjoyable afternoon and sent most of the leftovers home with Kelly and Marian.  It was also nice to have a bigger table to eat at instead of our usual tray tables at the couch.

In the evening, we went to pick out our Christmas tree, along with Kelly and Marian, at the Boy Scout tree lot on base.  We chose a very tall one for our last Christmas in Germany.  Over the weekend we set it up and decorated the tree and the house for Christmas.  It was fun with Corinne helping out!
